How do I place an order?

Locate a product you want to buy via categories in left sidebar or search function. Then add product to cart and click checkout to proceed with payment. If you are a first time customer paying with credit or debit card we will call you on your provided phone number before we process your order.

How do you deliver my order?

You must contact our live chat accessible in lower right corner of website to arrange delivery. We deliver via in-game trade to your character of choice. You also have the option to get potions delivered via mule account instead of trade if you prefer that. Make sure to choose correct delivery type for your potion.

How many potions and items do you have in stock?

We normally have hundreds of potions of each type and at least five of each item in stock. However, our stock does fluctuate slightly over the course of a day. Should something be out of stock at the time of your order, you can rest assured that we will have it ready within a couple of hours with a nice bonus on top.

How do the maxed packs work?

First of all your character must be level 20 before you place your order. There are 2 ways for us to complete your order:

1. You provide us with account name and password and we login to your account, transfer all needed potions and max your stats. We will send you an email when we are done. This typically takes 30 minutes.

2. You contact our live chat and state your current stats. Then we trade the needed potions over to your character so you can max the stats yourself. This typically takes 30-60 minutes.

Do you buy items?

Yes but only if you can supply the vast majority of items in the game on demand, including large quantities of potions. We want steady suppliers that stick with us. Contact live chat to arrange supply deal.

How can I pay?

We accept debit, credit, and prepaid cards, as well as bitcoin, SMS, phone, and bank transfer. To pay by phone or sms you must first register and top up your account balance here at whitebag.net.

Why won't my card work?

If your card information is entered correctly and it still declines you have to register with Skrill and verify your card. This should help you complete the payment.

Why do you need to call and confirm my order?

This is done to protect us from credit card fraud. We typically only call for the first order a customer makes.

What alternatives are there to phone confirmation?

You can email us photocopies of identification and payment card. We don't need card number so you can hide that on the photocopy. We only need to see that name matches id.
